These general conditions of sale are agreed between Owono Baby with registered office at Rua do Outeiro, Nº 395 4795-542 São Salvador do Campo, tax identification number 517799537 and contact info@owonobaby.com and people who wish to make purchases through the website www.owonobaby.com hereinafter referred to as "User".
All rights, obligations, special provisions, orders, and agreements governed by these General Terms and Conditions are subject to Portuguese law and jurisdiction. In the event of a translation or interpretation of the content on the Owono Baby website, the Portuguese version of the text on the website and in these General Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
1. General
These terms apply to all sales and agreements between Owono Baby and the consumer, unless otherwise agreed in writing. By ordering items from Owono Baby, the purchaser automatically accepts the provisions outlined in these General Terms and Conditions.
2. Orders
Once an order is placed, the consumer will receive an email confirming the order details and the total costs. All orders will be dispatched within five working days upon receipt of payment. However, in the event of a technical malfunction beyond Owono Baby’s control, the order will be shipped as soon as possible. Owono Baby will keep the consumer informed about the order status.
We strive to keep our website (www.owonobaby.com) as up-to-date as possible. However, if a product is no longer available, we will contact the consumer promptly. Orders must be delivered within 30 days of placement. If Owono Baby fails to meet this deadline, the consumer has the right to cancel the order immediately, unless a different delivery timeframe was previously agreed upon.
3. Prices and Payment
All prices listed on Owono Baby’s website are in Euros and include value-added tax (VAT).
Consumers can make the following payment methods via Easypay:
a) Credit card (Visa, Mastercard);
b) MBWay.
Orders will be shipped only after payment has been received. Shipping costs will be added to the invoice, and further details about these costs can be found under the “Shipping” section.
4. Delivery
The delivery time is an estimate and therefore not guaranteed. However, the final delivery will not exceed one week beyond the indicated timeframe, except in cases of force majeure. Orders will be processed and shipped within five working days of receiving payment. Owono Baby is not responsible for any delays caused by postal services.
5. Returns
Owono Baby gladly accepts returns. Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery in their original packaging, with the original hangtags. Items that have been washed, worn, stained, damaged, or altered in any way will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender, minus the return shipping costs.
Exchanges are only possible for the same style in a different size or color. If the new item is less expensive, the difference will be refunded. If it is more expensive, a new invoice and payment request will be issued, while the old invoice will be credited and refunded. Exchanging for a different style is not possible; instead, the original order will be refunded, and a new order can be placed in the online store.
All returns must include a note with the order number, reason for return, and preference for exchange or refund. Returns without identification may not be processed. Returns will be handled within five working days of receipt, and refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Owono Baby recommends using a traceable shipping method and keeping the track & trace receipt, as we cannot provide updates on returns in transit. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, and lost packages will not be refunded.
If Owono Baby sent the wrong item or if an item arrives defective, please notify us within 14 days of receipt. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs and send the correct item as soon as possible, subject to availability.

6. Transfer of Ownership
Ownership of the merchandise remains with Owono Baby until the purchaser has fulfilled all associated obligations. Once ownership is transferred at the time of delivery, product liability shifts to the purchaser.
7. Money Back Guarentee
If the consumer wishes to return an item for any reason, they have the right to do so within 14 working days of delivery. The consumer must first notify Owono Baby in writing via email and follow all return conditions and instructions provided.
This guarantee does not apply if the item has been worn, washed, or altered in any way. Returned items will only be accepted if they are in their original, undamaged packaging with labels still attached. The consumer is responsible for all return shipping costs, which will not be reimbursed by Owono Baby under any circumstances.
If the return instructions are followed correctly, Owono Baby will process the refund within 30 days of receiving the returned item(s).

9. Privacy
Owono Baby Label places great importance on ensuring that all consumer personal information is handled with the highest level of care and security. We will not share your personal information with third parties, except when necessary for the delivery of your order.
When you place an order, we require your name, billing and delivery addresses, and payment details to process the order. Payment details are used solely to complete the payment transaction.
If you subscribe to our newsletter or RSS feed, your personal information will be used to keep you updated on changes to our product range, special offers, website updates, and other relevant information related to Owono Baby.
We also keep records of website visits for statistical purposes. Information regarding the number of visitors and visit frequency is used for internal research and website improvement. However, this data is anonymous and cannot be traced back to individual visitors.
10. Liability
All products in Owono Baby's assortment are made with the utmost care. However, Owono Baby cannot be held liable for any damages, whether physical, material, or immaterial, that may arise from malfunctioning or misuse of the products sold, or from any materials or accessories becoming detached.
While the content on the website is compiled with great attention, Owono Baby cannot guarantee that there will be no errors or incomplete information. We do not accept responsibility for any consequences resulting from inaccurate or incomplete details on the website. Furthermore, Owono Baby is not liable for any typographical or pricing errors. In such cases, we will correct the price as quickly as possible.
The actual color of products may vary from the colors displayed on computer screens, and Owono Baby cannot be responsible for color variations caused by screen quality. Additionally, the placement and size of applications or sequins on garments may slightly differ from what is shown on the website. Owono Baby cannot be held responsible for these variations.
Some links on the website may lead to external sites operated by third parties. Owono Baby does not control these sites and is not responsible for their content.
11. Force Majeure
Notwithstanding any other legal rights, Owono Baby has the right, at its discretion, to cancel your order or purchase agreement in the event of Force Majeure, without the need for legal intervention, by notifying the client in writing. The client is not entitled to any compensation, unless, under the circumstances, such a decision would be deemed unacceptable based on principles of reason and fairness.

All content on Owono Baby’s website is protected by copyright. It is illegal to copy, use, or distribute any information from the website without prior written permission. Visitors and users of the website may not claim any rights to the information provided. None of the text or graphics from Owono Baby’s websites may be copied, reproduced, or used in any form - whether for printing, photocopying, faxing, retyping, storing in an electronic database, or any other reproduction purposes - without explicit authorization.

By placing an order with Owono Baby, the consumer automatically agrees to all of our General Conditions. Owono Baby’s client’s details are automatically stored in our client list and will receive our newsletter.
